The settings for the Primus Email Service are:
POP (receive) Server: pop.iprimus.com.au
SMTP (send) Server: smtp.iprimus.com.au
Email address: yourusername@primus.com.au
(You can also use yourusername@iprimus.com.au )
Primus Online Customers Please substitute iprimus.com.au for primusonline.com.au in these settings, for example, the Incoming mail server for Primus Online is pop.primusonline.com.au and the outgoing is smtp.primusonline.com.au
If you wish to send with your iPrimus e-mail address when you are on a non-iPrimus Internet connection, then you have to set authentication up in your e-mail client.
Most email programs support this, for example in Outlook Express the option simply requires you to tick the "My server requires authentication" option in the account settings.
