| Light | Meaning | If this is off |
|---|---|---|
| Power | Turns on when power is being supplied | Confirm the power cable is plugged from the modem to power socket, and the power socket is switched on |
| DSL | ADSL services only: turns on when the modem has syncronisation with the local exchange | ADSL services only: confirm the phone cable is plugged from the DSL port on the modem to the telephone socket on your wall |
| Internet | Turns on when modem has connected to the internet | ADSL services only: confirm the DSL light is on nbn/Opticomm services only: confirm the WAN light is on Confirm your modem settings are configured appropriately for your connection type Confirm your iPrimus account is active |
| Wi-Fi 2.4G & 5G | Turns on when WiFi 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios are enabled | Confirm the 2.4GHz/5GHz radios are enabled in your modem settings |
| WPS | Turns on when WPS is enabled. Flashes when a WiFi device is attempting to connect via WPS | |
| WAN | nbn/Opticomm services only: Turns on when a device is plugged into the modem's WAN port | nbn/Opticomm services only: Confirm the ethernet cable is plugged from the WAN port on the modem to the correct UNI-D port on your NTD wallbox (nbn) or the correct Ethernet port on your ONT wallbox (Opticomm) |
| LAN 1-4 | Turns on when a device is plugged into the modem's LAN1-4 ports | Confirm the ethernet cable is plugged from the LAN 1-4 port on the modem to your device's ethernet port |
| Phone 1-2 | Turns on when a VOIP service is registered | Confirm your modem settings are configured appropriately for your VOIP service |
