Dial 0011, then the relevant country code before dialling the international number.

Please check international call rates before making a call.

Triple Zero (000) is the primary national emergency calls number, which can be dialled from any landline, mobile phone*, pay-phone and certain VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services.

There are also two secondary emergency call service numbers, 112 and 106.

112 is available from most mobile phones. 106 connects to the text-based relay service for people who have a hearing or speech impairment.

All calls to the emergency numbers are free-of-charge regardless of which device was used to call.

*iPrimus is legally required to prevent mobile phones that cannot call Triple Zero (000) from accessing the mobile network from 28 October 2024, as per the Telecommunications (Emergency Call Service) Amendment Determination 2024 (No. 1) of 23 October 2024.

Text 3 to 3498 to determine if your handset is compatible or click here if you have no active service.

International Roaming allows you to use your iPrimus SIM card outside Australia through overseas network carriers. Turning it on will likely incur higher charges, that’s why we suggest:

  • Using Wi-Fi
  • Using a prepaid SIM card or a ‘travel pack’ with a set value
  • Using a local SIM card from your destination, make sure you have a compatible unlocked device.

Find out more about International Roaming and rates.

You can request to activate or de-activate International Roaming by contacting our Live Chat Team or by calling  +61 3 8677 2307 if you are overseas.

When someone has left a voicemail message on your service, an SMS notification will be sent to let you know a voicemail message is waiting for you.
