Getting Started

Your home phone line will connect through the nbn™ if you switch to one of our nbn plans. It won’t affect the way you use your phone currently. However, your phone won’t work if you have no electricity or there is a network outage.

Your home phone will connect approximately 5 business days after your internet is activated. We’ll keep you updated via SMS.

You should be able to transfer your existing phone number to the nbn™. It may take up to 7 working days after your internet is connected for your phone number transfer to complete. We’ll keep you updated via SMS.

13/1300 calls are not included in all of our plans. Calls to 13/1300 numbers are 44c per call if not included in your plan.
