There are multiple ways to pay your bills.

If you are not on Direct debit, a $2.95 Non-Direct Debit fee applies on top of your preferred mode of payment.

Bills

Your first bill may be a little over your monthly plan fee, as it will include:

  • Pro-rata charges: A portion of your monthly plan fee from activation date up to the end of your billing period.
  • Connection fees: Connection fee applies to phone and internet bundles, depending on if you’re NBN or ADSL.
  • Other Fees: Modem and/or delivery fee.

Account Details

Click on My Account to register for the first time. Once registered, you can do the following on your Account Toolbox

  • Pay Bills
  • Update Direct debit
  • Update Contact details
  • View and download bills
  • View usage
  • Check plan details
  • Change plan
  • Pause your internet
  • Bill Pause

If you’ve forgotten your ‘My Account’ username and/or password, visit ‘Forgot my Password’ and follow the prompts.

Bills

Each month your bill will be sent to your nominated email address. You can also view and download your bill via My Account, simply click on Bill & Balance > Bill Details.

You can check and update your nominated email address in My Account. Log in and click Bill and Balance > Bill Details > Billing Status.

If you want your bills sent to you by mail, there’s a $2.50 fee per bill. Contact us via Live Chat to request Paper Bill.

Payment

Activate or update your Direct Debit, to save time and save $2.95 by signing up for Direct Debit.

Bills

We’ll let you know if your bill is overdue. You can also check yourself in the Bill and Balance section of My Account’.

Overdue bills may incur a late payment fee of $15.
