If you’ve forgotten your Account Toolbox username or password, you can reset it here.
- Select information to retrieve Username or Password
- Enter your Date of Birth
- Verify using your e-mail or registered mobile number
If you have forgotten your primary e-mail password, you can reset it through your Account Toolbox
- Go to Internet
- Go to Usage Summary
- Click Change Password
Once you have successfully changed your Primary e-mail password, do not forgot to reboot your modem as it is also the default username and password for your modem.
